Unscrambling the egg

Once an egg has been scrambled it can never be unscrambled. Talking about it won't change this fact.

Prior to the COVID pandemic, working from home for office workers was seen as a benefit. Now it's seen as a right; and that has fundamentally changed how we think about workplace culture, trust and performance.

Artificial Intelligence is still seen as a novelty by some, yet it's already changing how teams collaborate, make decisions and get work done.

The way to approach change is with curiosity. Recognise what's changed, lean into it and look for ways to enhance how we work, rather than longing for the time before it did.

You can't unscramble the egg. But you can decide what to cook next.
