Curiosity
The great thing about curiosity is that not only does it not require any special skillset, but when we make the decision to utilise it, there’s no downside.
Curiosity requires that you stop, listen, read, engage and maybe ask yourself whether the new knowledge that you’ve acquired can either help you to be a better person or else improve the way that you do your work.
If it won’t do either of these things, then you have ‘satisfied’ your curiosity otherwise, you make the decision to put it to use.
Curiosity is the antidote to our attention-poor world. Rather than scrolling mindlessly through low-value content, taking the time to think can be the activity that changes everything for you or your team.
