Leadership and culture are two sides of the same coin.

Every decision a leader makes - what they choose to tolerate, what they reward, what they ignore - shapes the culture around them.

You can't fix a toxic or pleasant culture without fixing its leaders first. And you can't develop great leaders without a culture that demands it. 

Leadership and culture will always rise and fall together.
