Knowing everything, doing nothing

We've never had more frameworks.

Every leadership style, every engagement survey, every culture diagnostic - available instantly, for ‘free’. And yet, somehow, only 21% of employees globally feel engaged at work - a figure that costs the world economy US$438bn a year in lost productivity.

Information is the same. We're drowning in it. AI analysis, research, whitepapers, data sets, insights, consulting reports; all sitting there, patient and largely ignored; like a vision statement nobody reads.

The organisations that regularly achieve results aren't the ones with the best data. They're the ones with the culture to actually do something with it. Consider it, argue about it, be changed by it, and occasionally, be humbled by it.

Knowledge without action is just very sophisticated procrastination.
